Return and Refund policy. BirthPaws can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Custom made BirthPaws can not be returned, exchanges will be made for Custom made BirthPaws in the event of manufacturers defect.

Make additional payments whenever/however most convenient for you, and an updated invoice will be sent.
When your BirthPaws is 80% paid for the manufacturing process will begin. The mounting and stones will be ordered, and ready to be set.
After the final payment is received your BirthPaws will be completed and shipped.
